Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms before requesting a quote or a booking.
I reserve the right to change any Term or Price without prior notice.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Booking Terms
• all bookings are subject to your acceptance of a quote, including the total cost payable
• total cost includes all services requested, either as selected from this website or as separately agreed between us in writing,
including agreed travel expenses
• acceptance of a quote signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety
• a booking date is not confirmed until your deposit is received in cleared funds
• any change to an agreed quote must be notified in writing to me immediately. A revised quote including a revised total cost
payable will be issued which must be separately confirmed by you before the booking date
Payment Terms
• all payments are required in Canadian dollars
• services provided in Canada : HST will be added to your final bill at the prevailing rate
• services provided outside Canada : HST does not apply
• I accept cash, personal cheques, Interac e-Transfer (Interac email money transfer) and major credit cards through PayPal
• a 5% PayPal administration charge applies to clients within Canada, 7% for clients outside Canada. The percentage is
based on the total cost of your booking, excluding HST
• business cheques are not accepted
• any adjustment to the final cost resulting from a change to an initial quote will be accounted for in the balance of the
payment due on the booking date
Brides
• full payment of the wedding trial is required at time of booking. If payment is not made at the time of your booking, your
booking will not be confirmed.
• a non-refundable deposit equating to 50% of the total cost is payable on confirmation of your wedding day booking
• If the deposit is not received prior to the booking date, I reserve the sole right to cancel your booking
• the balance of the booking cost is payable on or before arrival on the booking date
All other bookings
• a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is payable on confirmation of your booking. If the deposit is not received
at the time of your booking, your booking will not be confirmed
• the balance of the booking cost is payable on arrival on the booking date

Cancellation Terms
If you cancel your booking :
• your deposit is not refundable if you cancel your booking after cleared funds are received, before and including a
booking date
If I am obliged to cancel your booking :
• every effort will be made to provide a replacement makeup artist of equivalent ability and cost
• no guarantee is offered or implied as regards the ability or availability of a replacement makeup artist
• if a replacement artist accepts the assignment, your deposit will be passed onto that artist
• if a replacement makeup artist cannot be provided your deposit will be refunded in full
Prices
I reserve the right to change any price or package offering at any time without prior notice. However, where a booking and price has already been agreed the booking will be honoured at that price.
All prices exclude HST.
Last Minute Bookings
I accept last minute bookings subject to :
• my availability
• payment in cleared funds of the TOTAL COST prior to the booking date (Interac email money transfer preferred)
Indemnity
The client agrees to hold harmless Vicki Millar and her assistants from any liability from allergic reactions, injuries, losses, damage, costs, claims and actions that may occur to a client, including a bride or bridal party.
